

Mama O
Mama O, a countryside girl who grew up in “The Diamond Town”, Petchaburi Province in Thailand. Being the daughter of a busy butcher family O learned all skills first hand. Soon O became in charge of the cooking at local scout camps as well as large scale cooking to serve the monks in the early morning.
Later in life specialisms in naturopathy, nutrition and personal training were added and a 27 year long career in the aviation industry including discovering international cuisines now all add up to what you will taste at Mama O.
